Randy Kellar, Associate Executive Director for Human Resources

Born in Fulton, Randy Kellar is a Central New York native. Though he left the area to serve in the United States Navy, he eventually found his way back home. Randy brings thirty years of healthcare management to his position. Since coming to AccessCNY in 2020, Randy and his team have been working diligently to simplify and streamline AccessCNY’s hiring process, in addition to their normal Human Resources duties.
