Unique Peerspectives

What is Unique Peerspectives?

Unique Peerspectives (UP) is a peer-run, drop-in mental health center that offers a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals to seek support.

At Unique Peerspectives, we take our motto of “people helping people” to heart. Support and discussion groups are a core part of Unique Peerspective’s programming, allowing individuals to share their thoughts and feelings, as well as find community.

What makes Unique Peerspectives unique?

Several of the employees at Unique Peerspectives are trained peers. This means they have undergone their own mental health journey and received training on how to use that personal experience to help others.

At Unique Peerspectives, you never have to worry about being judged; the staff can genuinely relate.
