Amy Eells, Associate Executive Director for Quality Enhancement, Corporate Compliance & HIPAA Security

Amy started her career in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Liberty Resources. Over the next 15 years, she worked her way up to Assistant Manager, Program Supervisor, Director, Senior Director and Director of Quality.  
Shortly after earning her Executive Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University in 2017, Amy began her current position at AccessCNY. As the Associate Executive Director for Quality Enhancement, Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Security, Amy and her team are responsible for ensuring that all AccessCNY services are carried out ethically and respectfully.
