AccessCNY is committed not only to providing quality services, but also to billing for services in a legal and ethical matter. Our Corporate Compliance Program ensures that all federal, state and local guidelines are followed. Additionally, it is a requirement that all staff and the AccessCNY Board of Directors are trained annually on policies and procedures related to compliance, HIPAA and incident reporting. This training is offered both in-person and through our online learning management system.
All incidents and allegations related to compliance, HIPAA and quality of care of our participants are investigated thoroughly by trained staff.
All reports are treated with respect and may be made anonymously. AccessCNY has a zero tolerance policy for retaliation against any person making a report in good faith.
