AccessCNY is committed not only to providing quality services, but also to billing for services in a legal and ethical matter. Our Corporate Compliance Program ensures that all federal, state and local guidelines are followed. Additionally, all staff and the AccessCNY Board of Directors are trained annually on policies and procedures related to compliance and incident reporting.

All incidents and allegations related to compliance and quality of care of our participants are investigated thoroughly by trained staff.

If you suspect fraud or abuse and would like to make a report please contact our Associate Executive Director for Quality Enhancement Amy Eells at 315-410-3310. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, you may also contact the compliance hotline at 315-410-3333.

All reports are treated with respect and may be made anonymously. No one will retaliate against any person making a report in good faith.
