Our Corporate Compliance Program ensures that all federal, state and local guidelines are followed. Additionally, all staff and the AccessCNY Board of Directors are trained annually on policies and procedures related to compliance and incident reporting.
All incidents and allegations related to compliance and quality of care of our participants are investigated thoroughly by trained staff.

All reports are treated with respect and may be made anonymously. No one will retaliate against any person making a report in good faith.
