Insurance

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

AccessCNY offers individual, family and individual plus one (health insurance only) health insurance options, as well as dental insurance and optional vision coverage.

Flexible Spending Plans

Allows employees to make pre-tax contributions (via payroll deduction). Flexible spending plans can be used for childcare costs and healthcare expenses that are not reimbursed by insurance.

Health Insurance Liaison

AccessCNY’s designated liaison at Brown & Brown Empire State is available to help employees quickly and easily solve problems like gaining pre-approval from the health insurance company.

Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance

Covers up to 2/3 of an employee’s salary if they are unable to work for medical reasons.

Life Insurance

AccessCNY provides all employees with a $10,000 life insurance policy free of charge. Additional life insurance is available for purchase.

AFLAC Plans

AccessCNY employees can purchase a variety of AFLAC insurance plans to provide additional coverage for situations like a cancer diagnosis or extended hospital stay.

AccessCNY offers generous PTO & paid holidays (dependent on position).

Employee Assistance Program

Through our employee assistance program, staff can receive several free sessions with a licensed mental health professional.

Trainings & Tuition Remission

AccessCNY offers funding for staff to attend professional development events. There is also a limited pool of tuition remission available every year.

401K Matching

AccessCNY contributes 50% of their employees’ 401k deferrals (up to 6% of annual salary).

Registered Investment Advisor

Employees utilizing their 401k have access to a Registered Investment Advisor who can provide financial guidance.
