Meghan began her career as an HR Associate working for a local non-profit, Food Bank of Central New York. Over 14 years, she worked her way up to Manager, Director and Chief, overseeing HR and administrative functions.
Meghan graduated from the inaugural class of LeadUP CNY, a subsidiary of the Marcellus Executive Director’s program through the CNY Community Foundation. She earned her SHRM-CP in 2021.
Meghan’s team is responsible for all HR-related activities, including payroll and benefits.

Q: Why is AccessCNY’s mission important to you?
A: “For the last 15 years, I’ve been drawn to working towards a mission, helping communities and advocating for employees. Making the decision to move into my role at AccessCNY was easy as I’m a firm believer on fair treatment in access, opportunity and advancement for all. Growth opportunities, advocating for equity, common goals, while having fun, are a few of the reason working with AccessCNY is important to me.”
