Systems of Care
The Systems of Care Program is a community-based service formed in partnership with the Onondaga County Integrated Mental Health Services System of Care. The program was designed to facilitate comprehensive mental health and developmental support services for children and young-adults up to 21 years of age with both mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities and their families. The program also provides training and resources to providers on best practices for providing services for youth with complex needs.
