Supervised Coached Visitation

Our Supervised Coached Visitation (SCV) program provides a supportive environment where parents and caregivers can receive expert coaching as they navigate court-ordered visitation. With compassionate guidance, structured support, and clinical services when needed, we help families move forward with confidence. Our approach focuses on coaching families and caregivers, providing support that builds healthy regulation tools and positive parenting practices.

Expert Coaching

Families receive support and direct feedback from expert coaches who support positive and meaningful interactions between caregivers and children.

Coaches provide real-time feedback, modeling, and encouragement during visits. This hands-on support helps caregivers build practical parenting skills, increase confidence, and strengthen relationships with their children.

Our program uses the A.R.C. Coaching Model, which focuses on 3 key areas that support healthy development and long-term family stability.

Attachment: Focuses on strengthening the relationship between caregivers and children. During supervised visits, coaches help caregivers practice ways to connect with their children in safe, supportive, and meaningful ways. By strengthening attachment, caregivers gain confidence and children learn security, building the foundation for long term stability.

Regulation: Many families experience heightened emotions and challenging circumstances, which may come up during supervised visits. Coaches support caregivers as they learn to regulate these emotions, recognizing emotional cues, and responding calmly and effectively.

Competency: Coaches provide caregivers with practical tools to support their child’s growth and well-being. Caregivers learn and practice age-appropriate parenting techniques and encourage activities that promote learning, connection, and healthy development in children.

Goal of Reunification

Our program is designed to support families on their path toward reunification whenever appropriate and court approved. We collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, case workers, attorneys, and the court system to ensure that visitations are producing positive outcomes for children and families. Our focus is always on strengthening family relationships and supporting long-term stability.

Clinical Support

Some families face challenges that benefit from additional clinical support. When needed, families have access to support from a licensed clinician who can help address underlying challenges affecting family relationships.Coaching combined with therapy promotes healthy communication, coping skills, and strategies for long-term growth.
